Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist – Social (Meta – TikTok - Snapchat)

As Performance Marketing Specialist - Social, you’ll fuel the growth and efficiency of Meta, TikTok and Snapchat platforms across our portfolio of clean beauty and wellbeing brands. You’ll be responsible for planning, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across social channels to drive profitable growth of a fast-growing clean beauty platform, working closely with brand and digital teams.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat across multiple brands and markets.
- Build and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness → conversion) to drive profitable customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyse campaign campaign profitability, ensuring alignment with ROAS, CPA, and CAC targets.
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop performance-driven ad concepts and scalable creative frameworks.
- Analyse performance data, uncover insights, and translate them into clear, actionable optimisations via our attribution modelling tools
- Lead A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to unlock growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, innovations and emerging trends, implementing best practices and innovations.
- 3+ Years experience in performance media buying for Social channels in e-commerce/D2C
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics & attribution modelling
- Proven success managing significant advertising budgets across multiple markets and/or brands
- Languages: English mandatory. Italian, Spanish, German or Scandinavian languages are a plus
- Growth-hacker, entrepreneurial mindset & deadline-driven
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solver: strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Data mindset must be paired with creative intuition and understanding of beauty consumer
- Good experience with Meta and TikTok ecosystem; bonus points for attribution software and Snapchat
