How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

     As Performance Marketing Specialist - Social, you’ll fuel the growth and efficiency of Meta, TikTok and Snapchat platforms across our portfolio of clean beauty and wellbeing brands. You’ll be responsible for planning, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across social channels to drive profitable growth of a fast-growing clean beauty platform, working closely with brand and digital teams.


    💪What your role will be:
    •  Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat across multiple brands and markets.
    • Build and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness → conversion) to drive profitable customer acquisition and retention.
    • Monitor and analyse campaign campaign profitability, ensuring alignment with ROAS, CPA, and CAC targets.
    • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop performance-driven ad concepts and scalable creative frameworks.
    • Analyse performance data, uncover insights, and translate them into clear, actionable optimisations via our attribution modelling tools
    • Lead A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to unlock growth opportunities.
    • Stay ahead of platform updates, innovations and emerging trends, implementing best practices and innovations.


    🎯What You Bring
    •  3+ Years experience in performance media buying for Social channels in e-commerce/D2C
    • Deep understanding of key performance metrics & attribution modelling
    • Proven success managing significant advertising budgets across multiple markets and/or brands
    • Languages: English mandatory. Italian, Spanish, German or Scandinavian languages are a plus
