ROLE SUMMARY
Cleanup, comp, and hybrid VFX work on AI-generated footage. This is the role that makes AI footage hold up at theatrical scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cleanup of AI-generated footage — artifact removal, frame interpolation correction, colour/lighting continuity fixes.
• Rotoscoping, simple matte work, and hybrid VFX (adding particles, atmospherics, matte paintings).
• Integration of practical elements where AI alone falls short.
• Theatrical-grade upscaling and frame cadence stabilisation.
• Receive footage deliveries from UK production and turn around within agreed cycles.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Senior compositor with feature VFX credits.
• Strong Nuke and/or After Effects skills.
• Comfortable with remote workflows and tight delivery turnarounds.
• Experience with AI footage cleanup a strong plus.
