Most EA job ads insult your intelligence.
This one won't.
London-based. Global travel. New York. Los Angeles. Wherever the work goes.
You'll support a founder building something ambitious in media. Not a corporate. Not a committee. One person moving fast through high-stakes rooms, flagship projects, and a calendar that spans continents.
Here's what the role actually is:
You run the operating system. Calendar. Travel. Briefings. Logistics. The texture of a working life that moves between cities, time zones, and rooms full of consequential people.
You make the chaos invisible. Private dinners. High-profile gatherings. Complex itineraries. You quarterback the details so the principal walks in prepared and walks out having landed.
You use AI. Not as a gimmick. As a tool. You're already building workflows, experimenting with models, and using machine leverage to move faster than anyone expects.
Here's what it isn't:
It's not a stepping stone to something else. It's not a role where you wait to be told what to do. It's not for someone who needs hand-holding or prefers predictable lanes.
You'll thrive here if:
You're obsessed with culture. The trends, the names, the brands, the creators. You're early on everything.
You care about the details that create magic. The name badge. The pre-call brief. The gesture no one asked for but everyone notices. Handwritten thank you notes.
You're unflappable. Flights get cancelled. Calendars fall apart. You hold the standard while everything around you moves.
You're ambitious in a way that's unmistakable. You want proximity to a build that matters more than a predictable title.
Background:
Two years minimum supporting a senior principal, founder, or public figure in a fast-moving, internationally mobile environment. You MUST be able to demonstrate how you use AI in your role and/or in your life.
Salary and Compensation:
Basic salary to c.£80,000 with some flexibility + extensive benefits.
