We’re partnering with a leading global financial institution seeking an experienced Interim Structured Finance Lawyer to join its high-performing legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of a sophisticated financing business, supporting a broad range of structured finance and securitisation transactions across multiple jurisdictions. The role offers significant stakeholder exposure and the chance to work alongside senior business leaders within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in advising on a wide variety of structured finance transactions, partnering closely with front-office, risk, compliance and transaction management teams.
The successful candidate will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across complex financing structures, helping to support strategic business objectives while managing legal and regulatory risk.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to high-value, cross-border transactions within a globally recognised institution.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise on structured finance and securitisation transactions, including ABS, RMBS, CLOs and warehouse facilities
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation and ancillary agreements
• Support financing, risk transfer and capital markets transactions
• Partner with business, risk, compliance and operations teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Provide legal advice on regulatory developments impacting structured finance activities
• Assist with transaction execution and ongoing programme management
• Manage external counsel where required
About You
• England & Wales qualified lawyer with c.5PQE+
• Strong structured finance, securitisation or asset-backed finance experience gained in private practice or in-house
• Experience advising on complex financing transactions within a banking or financial services environment
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
