We are selecting a small group of high potential trainees to join our Business Development Associate programme, which starts with an onboarding course in our Malta Training Academy in July 2026. Once you have completed the academy you will then have the opportunity to start your career in one of our Global Offices.

Programme Details:
Your training begins with a 3 week onboarding introduction to the financial advisory industry based in our Malta Academy, immersing you in the world of private investment and financial advisory. You will gain exposure to asset classes and financial planning products, and learn the fundamentals needed for a career in international financial advisory.
Upon successful completion, you will relocate to a deVere office worldwide to continue and complete your training and development.
