How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Fractional People & Culture Partner

    London | Hybrid

    Part-Time / Fractional (2–3 days per week)



    Key Responsibilities


    Performance Management & Accountability


    Review and strengthen existing performance management processes

    Introduce clear frameworks for objectives, accountability and performance reviews

    • Support managers in setting expectations and managing performance effectively
    • Guide and advise on performance improvement plans and difficult conversations where required
    • Help embed a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement



    Leadership Development & Manager Support

    • Coach and support managers in leading high-performing teams
    • Improve leadership capability across the business
    • Provide practical guidance on people management challenges
    • Equip managers with the tools and confidence to lead effectively
    • Support senior leadership in driving organisational performance and engagement


    Talent Development & Retention

    • Design and implement training and development frameworks
    • Create clear career pathways and progression structures where appropriate
    • Identify retention risks and recommend solutions
    • Support employee engagement initiatives and succession planning
    • Help build an environment where talented people are motivated to stay and grow


    Organisational Structure & Operational Excellence

    • Review organisational design and role responsibilities
    • Develop role clarity, accountability frameworks and reporting structures
    • Create and refine SOPs, operating standards and people processes
    • Ensure consistency across teams and departments
    • Support the leadership team in building scalable structures for future growth


    Recruitment & Onboarding Frameworks

    • Review and strengthen onboarding processes
    • Develop hiring frameworks, interview structures and assessment processes
    • Ensure future recruitment activities align with business objectives and culture
    • Support workforce planning and organisational growth strategies


    Trusted Advisor & Employee Support

    • Act as an independent and objective point of contact for employees across the business
    • Build trust and credibility with teams at all levels, creating a safe space for feedback, concerns and constructive challenge
    • Help leadership understand employee sentiment and identify opportunities to improve engagement and communinication
    • Provide balanced, impartial guidance on people-related matters while maintaining appropriate confidentiality
    • Support restructures, organisational change and sensitive employee situations where required



    Culture & Organisational Effectiveness

    • Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and ways of working
    • Improve collaboration, communication and alignment across teams
    • Help create a high-performing culture that balances accountability with support
    • tDrive initiatives that improve employee engagement and organisational effectiveness
    • Act as a trusted sounding board for both employees and senior leadership



    About You

    • Significant experience in HR, People Operations, People & Culture or HR Business Partner roles
    • Proven experience supporting founder-led, entrepreneurial or high-growth business
    • Strong operational mindset with the ability to implement practical, lasting solutions
    • An individual with gravitas, credibility and excellent emotional intelligence
    • Someone who quickly earns the trust and respect of both leadership teams and employees
    • Able to balance empathy with accountability and challenge when required
    • Comfortable navigating difficult conversations and sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
    • Strong coaching skills, with experience developing both managers and individual contributors
    • Experienced in performance management, organisational design and change management
    • Commercially minded, pragmatic and highly action
