Christy Media Solutions is working with a leading global media company seeking a Paid Social Optimization Specialist on an initial 12 month contract to help drive performance across modern AI-powered advertising platforms.
This role represents a strategic evolution beyond traditional media buying. Rather than focusing on manual bid adjustments and placement management, you'll be responsible for shaping the data signals, creative feedback loops, and optimisation frameworks that enable automated advertising systems to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise AI-driven paid social campaigns through value-based signal management.
- Own data integrity across conversion tracking environments, including Conversion APIs, offline conversion uploads, and pixel implementations.
- Partner with creative teams to analyse performance trends and identify creative attributes that drive stronger results.
- Implement and monitor brand safety controls, placement exclusions, and campaign guardrails.
- Identify performance anomalies and intervene when automated systems over-scale or underperform against KPIs.
- Translate complex platform behaviour and performance trends into clear strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with paid digital media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of modern measurement and tracking environments, including server-side tagging, first-party data strategies, and privacy-focused measurement.
- Experience with enterprise marketing and advertising platforms such as Smartly or Sprinklr
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret platform behaviour and performance data.
- Experience conducting advanced analysis outside of advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams.
