We’re looking for a proactive, driven Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our busy Finance team in the music industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and take pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly — we want to hear from you.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 18 months’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing who’s ready to take ownership, build great working relationships, and make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
✨ Managing invoicing and collections
✨ Supporting daily Accounts Receivable operations
✨ Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records
✨ Working closely with internal teams and external clients
✨ Helping improve processes and keeping things moving efficiently
