How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The role


    In this role, you’ll drive excellence in the design and delivery of In-Building and Build-to-Suit (BTS) solutions as a core enabler of Cellnex UK’s growth strategy. You will own the development and execution of these capabilities in high growth markets, with a particular focus on maturing and scaling our emerging BTS offering.


    As a critical driver of our growth strategy this role will manage the design and delivery of Cellnex UK’s In-Building and Build-to-Suit (BTS) solutions. You will take end-to-end accountability for delivering complex programmes to time, cost and quality, leading an experienced team with significant supply chain responsibility for deployment spend.


    As a key member of the Operations leadership team, you will shape strategy and commercial outcomes to deliver our BTS capability to best-in-class standards. Working closely with customers, partners with responsibility for high-profile projects and driving continuous improvement across design, delivery and efficiency.


    This is a hybrid position based at our welcoming offices in Leamington Spa, Reading or Manchester, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Lead, manage and deliver to time, cost and quality, the design and deployment of In-Building solutions and associated supply chain.
    • Work as part of the In-Building leadership team to grow the business, playing a part in strategy management of the In-Building business.
    • Own, manage and deliver to time, cost and quality the BTS CAPEX programmes in line with budget expectations.
    • Maintain, improve and grow Cellnex UK design capabilities to meet the needs of the Strategic plan.

    • In-depth programme management experience at a similar level; ideally within telecoms
    • Demonstrable experience of managing large teams, delivering complex long term programmes.
    • Exceptional influencing and skills across a range of people and levels.
