Demand & Supply Planner – Brough - £38,000 - £40,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be supporting a rapidly growing business in Brough who are looking to recruit a Demand & Supply Planner to join their team.
It’s a very exciting time to join as the business has recently expanded its operations overseas, and this newly created key role will play a huge part in supporting the business with influencing decisions and improving planning processes across the supply chain function.
Working Hours / Benefits
- Full-time Monday to Friday
- Up to 10% Bonus (Company performance related)

The Role
- Developing and maintaining demand forecasts at SKU and channel level
- Analysing historical sales data, including trends, seasonality and promotions
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to refine forecasts
- Supporting new product launches and managing product phase-outs
- Creating supply plans aligned to demand, capacity and business objectives
- Monitoring inventory levels and recommending actions to reduce risk
The Person
- Strong analytical skills (MS Excel) with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Previous experience within a supply chain position
- Strong communication skills
