Position: Warehouse Operative (Night Shift / Rotating Shifts)
Location: Bradford
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours:
Initially: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 4 days on / 5 days pattern
After 4 weeks: Rotating shifts 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (4 days on / 5 days pattern with a rotating day off)
What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse. Your duties will include:
Picking and packing heavy items accurately and safely
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised work environment
Working closely with team members to achieve daily targets
Following all health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
We're looking for motivated individuals who are ready to get stuck in and work as part of a team. No extensive experience is required, but the following is important:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliability and good timekeeping
Ability to communicate effectively within a team
Good physical fitness due to manual handling and lifting duties(Forklift experience is desirable but not essential)
