Facilities Service Operator

Join a team delivering basic facilities services, including cleaning trains and maintaining indoor and outdoor sites. You will complete defined routine tasks such as cleaning, copy, archiving, mailroom, moves, caretaking, gardening, and janitorial work. Duties include maintaining grass and vegetation, removing snow and debris, and keeping equipment and sites in clean operating condition using tools and power equipment such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, and liquid or powder applicators. No prior experience is required. Good communication skills with basic English are needed. You will work in groups of 3 or 4, on your feet for most of the shift with breaks provided. Induction covers site, H&S, and expectations. Pay is £13.48 standard and 150%. Shift pattern is similar to 4 on 4 off, 20:00-04:00.

Cleaning trains:

No prior experience required - open to anyone

* Receives general direction from supervisor.

* Uses tools and power equipment, such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, and liquid and powder applicators.

* Keeps equipment, indoor and outdoor industrial and office sites in clean and operating condition
