Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stage 2, supported by shared planning and mentoring.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
Use assessment and feedback to promote pupil progress and wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, Teaching Assistants and school leaders.
Engage fully with the schools ECT programme, CPD and coaching support.
Candidate Requirements
Hold (or be on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026.
Be an Early Career Teacher with a passion for teaching within Key Stage 2.
Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed practice.
Be reflective, open to feedback and eager to develop as a practitioner.
Share the schools values of high expectations, care and collaboration.
Salary will be determined in line with the Outer London Main Pay Scale and aligned to the Early Career Teacher (ECT) pay range. The role is suitable for ECTs, with salary awarded at M1.
