How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Together, we bring delicious food to life. Our products cover every meal occasion from breakfast through to dinner and dessert, with lunch and snacking in between. In FY25, our shared passion helped us achieve combined revenues of approximately £4bn.

Our extensive direct to store (DTS) network, with 17 depots across the UK, allows us to deliver fresh and frozen food both our own and from trusted partners to thousands of stores every day, ensuring consumers enjoy the very best, whenever and wherever they shop.

Track, forecast, and report commercial metrics and financial implications associated with Atlas projects.
Lead merchandising and launch planning activities to maximise successful in-store product launches.
Manage project documentation, milestone records, launch materials, and internal communications to required standards.
Build and maintain strong supplier and Tesco relationships to support commercial trade plans and product review activity.
Support launch readiness activities including pre-production meetings, product submissions, and launch preparation.
Ensure compliance with Tesco policies, Business Code of Conduct, and Atlas NDA confidentiality requirements What We're Looking For:
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing category, commercial, or retail projects with proven KPI delivery.
Strong presentation and communication skills, including working with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
Skilled in project coordination, organisation, and managing multiple workstreams.
Strong understanding of category management, forecasting, and commercial strategy.
Able to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities within supply chains and product categories.
Effective relationship builder with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
