Traffic Marshal

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshal / Banksman to join a large-scale construction project in Leyland. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work (2 years) on a busy, well-organised site with a reputable main contractor.

You will play a key role in ensuring the safe movement of vehicles, plant, and personnel across site, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Your new role

Acting as the designated Traffic Marshal/Banksman on site
Safely directing the movement of delivery vehicles, HGVs, and plant machinery
Managing site access and egress points for vehicles and pedestrians
Communicating clearly with drivers, site operatives, and visitors
Ensuring all vehicle movements comply with site safety procedures
Maintaining pedestrian segregation and safe walkways
Assisting with deliveries and coordinating traffic flow during busy periodsWhat you'll need to succeed

Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent) - essential
Valid CSCS card - essential
Proven experience working on busy construction sitesWhat you'll get in return
