Job Role:
Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with special educational needs
Planning and delivering engaging and highly differentiated lessons
Creating a nurturing, structured and inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils' communication, independence and personal development
Working closely with experienced Teaching Assistants and specialist staff
Assessing, monitoring and recording pupil progress
Contributing to EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
