Key Responsibilities
* Drive collection vehicles safely and efficiently along designated routes.
* Lead and support a small crew to ensure waste and recycling collections are completed on time.
* Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues promptly.
* Deliver excellent customer service to residents and businesses.
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions as part of a supportive and hardworking team.
* Assist loaders with collection duties when required.
What We're Looking For
* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
* Driver CPC qualification.
* A safe and responsible driving record.
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of work.
* Willingness to support operational duties beyond driving when needed.
