As the class teaching assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of your students. Working closely with a dedicated teaching staff, you will assist in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the schools pupils.

Pay: £17,252 to £21,342
As a Teaching Assistant your key responsibilities will be;
Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring learning objectives are met.
Provide 1:1 or group support to students, helping them with their academic and personal development.
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that inspires children to thrive.
Help with classroom management and maintain a safe and orderly environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, keeping accurate records to track their performance.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications;
Experience working and supporting children (preferably within a school or educational setting)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
A patient and empathetic approach to interacting with children.
A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
