Hard Landscape Foreman
Salary: £39,000 - £45,000
Location: Charles Hoare Landscape & Garden Service, Kidlington OX5 3JN
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Summary of role:
We are a premium landscaping and garden company specialising in the creation of high-end residential gardens and luxury outdoor spaces. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Hard Landscaping Foreman to lead projects and oversee site teams delivering exceptional workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervising and leading landscaping teams on-site
· Managing day-to-day operations of hard landscaping projects
· Reading and working from plans and drawings
· Organising materials, deliveries, and site logistics
· Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard
· Carrying out and overseeing, paving and porcelain installation, brickwork and blockwork, decking and fencing, retaining walls and steps, groundworks and drainage, setting out levels and foundations
· Maintaining health & safety standards on-site
· Liaising professionally with clients, designers, and management
About You
· Experienced hard landscaper with strong leadership skills
· Strong knowledge of paving, porcelain, brickwork, decking, drainage, and groundworks
· Reliable, professional, and well organised
· Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
· Ability to maintain high standards and meet project deadlines
· Able to support and lead a workforce
Requirements:
· Previous landscaping, gardening, or hard landscaping experience
· Experience in luxury landscaping gardening not required but preferred.
· Managerial and leadership skills
· Full UK driving licence
· Must be able to speak good English
· Travel time with 15-miles radius of the yard.
