How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Are you looking to take the next step in your sales career with a globally recognised investment advisory firm? Our client is seeking a French-speaking Account Executive to join their growing team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading wealth management company and play a key role in connecting high-net-worth individuals with tailored investment solutions.

    As an Account Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping to identify their financial goals and introducing them to the firm's wealth management services. This position is a vital part of the sales process and offers excellent long-term career progression opportunities within a highly respected organisation.

    This is a full-time, office-based role in Dublin, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.     Salary & Benefits:

    €34,500 base salary / €65,000-€70,000 OTE
    €8,000 relocation package for candidates moving to Ireland from abroad

    Your responsibilities will include: 

    Proactively contact and engage with prospective clients
    Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and understand their financial circumstances and investment objectives
    Educate potential clients on the company's investment philosophy and wealth management solutions
    Qualify opportunities and collaborate closely with the wider sales team to onboard new clients
    Maintain a consultative and client-focused approach throughout the sales process
    Profile:

    Fluent in French (C2-level) and English, both written and spoken
    Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, business development, or a related field
    Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
    Interest in financial services, investments, or wealth management
    Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional
    Available to work on-site in Dublin
