Production Welder

Role Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Welders for a full-time, on-site position at our Chippenham location. In this role, you will work on the fabrication of high-quality products through welding processes, including MIG and TIG welding. Responsibilities include reading technical drawings, preparing materials, performing welding operations to specifications, inspecting finished welds for quality, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth production. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to precision and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

· Proficiency in Arc Welding and Welding techniques

· Experience with TIG Welding and MIG Welding

· Knowledge of Materials and their properties in a fabrication context

· Ability to interpret technical and engineering drawings

· Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

· Basic knowledge of fabrication safety standards and protocols

· Prior experience in a similar welding or fabrication role is a plus

· Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team
