The Role - Press Brake Setter Operator

As a Press Brake Setter Operator, you'll be working with modern Bystronic press machines, playing a key role in producing high-quality components to exact specifications.

What you'll be doing:

Setting and operating press brake machines efficiently
Managing your own workload as a skilled Press Brake Setter Operator
Loading and unloading materials safely
Working from detailed engineering drawings with precision
Identifying and reporting machine faults
What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter Operator (2+ years)
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
A quality-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
Confident communicator and team player
Hours & Pay:

Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm (could be some flexibility on start & finish time)
£14-£15 per hour (depending on experience)
40 hours per week
