Role: Nursery Manager
Hours: Full Time
Location: Blackburn Area
Salary: £36000-£46000 (DOE) + Welcome Bonus (£200) + up to 50% Childcare Discount

Duties

Lead the nursery day-to-day, ensuring high standards across all rooms
Support, coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding practice
Oversee planning, EYFS delivery, observations and assessments
Ensure full safeguarding, welfare and compliance at all times
Build strong relationships with parents/carers and the wider community
Manage staff performance, training and recruitment
Work strategically with owners/directors to drive quality and outcomes
Experience

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) - essential
Proven Nursery Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
A positive role model who leads by example and motivates others
