Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, you will lead assessments, goal-setting, reviews, and complex case management, including moving and handling assessments. You will also support service delivery by chairing meetings, providing specialist advice, and deputising for the Team Manager when required.
Requirements:
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
Significant Adult Social Care and reablement experience
Experience supervising or mentoring staff
Strong knowledge of adult social care legislation and practice
Experience managing complex cases and writing reports
Full UK driving licence
Ability to deliver training and present cases to panels
Flexibility to work occasional unsocial hours
