The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join a major commercial fit-out project in Milton Keynes. This is a large-scale scheme with a significant building footprint, offering long-term work and the opportunity to be part of a high-profile delivery team.
The role will suit someone hands-on, proactive, and driven, who thrives in a site-based environment and enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising electrical works across a large commercial fit-out
* Leading and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
* Driving progress on site and resolving issues in real time
* Working closely with the wider project team to maintain momentum
* Maintaining strong site presence and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial fit-out projects (CAT A / CAT B)
* Strong site leadership skills – someone who leads from the front
* Energetic, driven, and “on-the-ground” approach (not desk-bound)
* Ability to manage large work areas and coordinate multiple workstreams
* Solid understanding of programme delivery and site logistics
