Site Supervisor

Your new company
A well‑established contractor delivering refurbishment and small‑works projects across Liverpool. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality delivery, they are now looking for a reliable, proactive Site Supervisor to support day‑to‑day site operations.
Your new roleYou'll take a hands‑on supervisory position, working closely with labourers and trades to keep the site running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily site activities and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
Leading and supporting labourers, setting tasks and maintaining productivity
Monitoring H&S compliance and completing site paperwork
Coordinating with subcontractors and reporting progress to the Site Manager
Maintaining site standards, cleanliness and material control
What you'll need to succeed

SMSTS
CSCS card
First Aid at Work
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience supervising labourers and supporting site operations
A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to keep the site organised and movingWhat you'll get in return
