The provision supports children and young people with ASD, with the aim of integrating them back into mainstream education. Small class sizes with high levels of support
Emphasis on sensory curriculum and personalised learning
Multi-agency working with therapists and medical staff Education and training
PERSON SPECIFICATION - SEN Teacher
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent) is essential
Experience teaching pupils with ASD or complex needs preferred
Confident using alternative communication methods (e.g., PECS, Makaton, AAC)
Patient, resilient, and genuinely passionate about SEN education
Able to work collaboratively with LSAs, therapists, and families
Open to ECTs with SEN placement experience and a genuine interest in PMLD
