I’m currently recruiting for an exciting Supervisor opportunity with an established British contemporary luxury fashion house based in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced luxury retail professional looking to take the next step within a sophisticated, client-focused environment, representing a premium ready-to-wear brand known for craftsmanship, elevated service, and timeless design.
Key responsibilities:
▫️ Supporting the management team in driving store performance and achieving KPIs
▫️ Leading, motivating and coaching the sales team on the shop floor
▫️ Delivering exceptional luxury client experiences and driving client loyalty
▫️ Building and maintaining strong client relationships through personalised service
▫️ Supporting team development through product and selling skills coaching
▫️ Maintaining impeccable visual and operational standards
▫️ Acting as a strong brand ambassador at all times
We’re looking for candidates who have:
✔️ Previous supervisory experience within luxury fashion retail
✔️ A strong understanding of clientelling and luxury service standards
✔️ Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
✔️ Excellent leadership and communication skills
✔️ A passion for premium fashion and exceptional customer experience
