Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for the UK Dealer Network, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and Fleet departments regarding vehicle delivery and registration inquiries.
- Liaise with logistics providers on a daily basis to ensure efficient vehicle processing and timely delivery.
- Support internal departments with information requests related to vehicle logistics and registration.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with dealers.
- Document and review vehicle logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
- Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English. (Essential)
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. (Essential)
- Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL). (Desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). (Essential)
