How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Are you a modern media buyer who has evolved past manual bidding? Do you view yourself as a "pilot" of platform algorithms rather than a button-pusher?


    We are looking for a Paid Social Optimisation Specialist to join a world-class Global Media & Entertainment brand (focusing on an industry-leading streaming platform) for an initial 12-month contract (extendable).


    In an era of automated, "black box" advertising (like Meta Advantage+), this role isn't about pulling levers—it’s about architecting the data signals, creative loops, and business guardrails that make machine learning scale. Managing significant budgets, you will turn raw platform data into hyper-efficient subscription growth.


    What will you be doing?

    • Steer the Algorithm: Manage high-value data inputs, monitoring Conversion APIs (CAPI), pixel health, and event signals to ensure the AI optimizes for true business revenue.
    • Creative as Targeting: Analyze which visual attributes drive algorithmic success and partner with creative teams to feed the machine exactly what it needs.
    • Anomaly Detection: Spot campaign "hallucinations" or spend inefficiencies, stepping in manually when AI models over-scale.
    • Translate Data: Bridge the gap between highly technical datasets and commercial/creative stakeholders.


    What Experience and Skills will you Bring?

    • Experience: 2–3 years minimum hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
    • Technical DNA: Deep familiarity with server-side tracking, first-party data, and privacy-centric measurement. Meta Catalog experience for subscription/retail models is highly preferred.
    • Modern Toolset: Experience or strong familiarity with consolidation platforms (like Sprinklr) and integrating AI tools (like Claude) into your data evaluation or QA workflows.
    • Background: Open to top-tier Agency or Client-Side backgrounds, ideally within Entertainment, Subscriptions, or high-volume Retail.
