Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Technical Product Owner, you will be taking end-to-end ownership of our clients CX1 CCaaS platform within a complex enterprise environment.
- Hybrid working to an office in Reading, our client also has offices based in Scotland and Dublin.
- Inside of IR35 / Umbrella only
- £600 - £700 a day
Key focus:
- Product ownership & roadmap management
- Vendor governance
- Oversight of telephony, IVR, digital channels, WFM, analytics & AI
- Prioritisation across BAU, stabilisation & migration
Ideal background:
- Proven CCaaS / contact centre platform ownership
- Strong supplier & stakeholder management
- Experience balancing operational delivery with transformation
- Agile environment
- Experience of Nice CX1.
