The Role:
You will join a market-leading financial services regulatory team, advising clients on a broad range of regulatory matters, including compliance with UK and EU regulations, governance, risk management and emerging trends. The role involves engaging with financial institutions, asset managers, and fintech companies on complex mandates, offering both contentious and non-contentious advice.
What They’re Looking For:
- Solid post-qualification experience in financial services regulatory work from a reputable law firm or regulatory body
- Strong technical knowledge of UK and EU regulatory regimes
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships effectively
- Team player mindset with a commercial approach to problem-solving
