The Role:
You will join the firm’s highly regarded Capital Markets practice in London, working on a wide range of international securities offerings, including equity and debt transactions. Matters frequently involve a significant cross-border element, such as SEC-registered offerings and Rule 144A deals, allowing associates to gain hands-on experience across jurisdictions and product types.
What They’re Looking For:
- A UK or US-qualified lawyer (1–3 PQE) with strong experience in equity capital markets
- Exposure to complex, large-scale transactions and a track record of taking on responsibility.
- Excellent academic background and strong technical skills
- A collaborative approach, commercial acumen, and motivation to develop within a high-performing team.
