A growing, dynamic hospitality business is seeking a commercially minded and collaborative Head of Finance to join the team. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys turning financial data into actionable insight.
As the Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading financial oversight across the business, working closely with the CFO.
- Managing and challenge outputs from outsourced finance teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Reviewing management accounts, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, providing actionable commercial insight.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and investment ROI analysis.
- Supporting strategic projects and board reporting.
- Driving improvements in financial systems, reporting, and operational performance.
- Overseeing statutory accounts, audits, and compliance matters.
About You:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in multi-site hospitality, retail, or leisure.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
- Commercially astute and confident in reviewing and challenging financial outputs.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with energy, humility, and a sense of fun.
- Passion for hospitality and building strong business relationships.
