Administrator – Highways Project

We are seeking a proactive Administrator to support a major highways infrastructure project.
This role will provide essential administrative support to operational teams, ensuring accurate processing of timesheets, project documentation, and communication across the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Process staff, plant, and fleet timesheets
- Support communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Monitor shared email inboxes and manage delivery records
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Assist with action tracking and reporting systems
- Provide general administrative support to operational teams
Requirements
- Previous administration experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Competent IT skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Construction, highways, or infrastructure sector experience
- Knowledge of Procore, Causeway, or similar systems
Package
- £12.71 per hour
- 45 hours per week
