How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Document Core Pack (DCP) Specialist – Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform

    Location: Birmingham (Remote Working)

    Contract Length: 2 Months

    Day Rate: £550 per day

    IR35 Status: Inside IR35


    Harvey Nash are supporting a leading organisation undergoing a significant Microsoft technology transformation and are seeking an experienced Document Core Pack (DCP) Specialist to join their programme on an initial 2-month contract.


    This role will play a key part in designing, configuring and optimising document generation and customer communication solutions within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable, automated document management capabilities.


    Responsibilities

    • Configure, administer and optimise Document Core Pack (DCP) solutions within Dynamics 365 CE
    • Design and implement automated document generation processes and customer communication workflows
    • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional solutions
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve document lifecycle management and operational efficiency
    • Support the delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform initiatives across multiple workstreams
    • Create and maintain templates, workflows and document automation processes
    • Work alongside technical and functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
    • Provide expertise and best practice guidance around DCP capabilities and implementation


    Essential Experience

    • Strong hands-on experience with Document Core Pack (DCP)
    • Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)
    • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Dataverse
    • Experience delivering automated document generation and document management solutions
    • Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
    • Experience working across end-to-end project lifecycles
    • Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills


    Desirable Experience

    • Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules
    • Exposure to Power Pages and Customer Insights
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, AI and automation technologies
    • Previous experience within consultancy or enterprise transformation environments
