The Role
We are looking for our next ETF Junior Sales Benelux to join our dynamic Benelux & French Speaking sales team based in London. You will be part of the distribution team and reports directly to the Regional Director for Benelux & French Regions and plays a key part in expanding Global X’s presence across the Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherland wealth and institutional landscape.
Responsibilities
Account Management and Client Servicing:
- Handle day-to-day client relationship tasks, including updates, inbound queries, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Assist with client servicing and supporting ETF distribution within the Benelux & French Speaking distribution channels
- In addition, you will drive growth by strengthening existing accounts while independently developing a portfolio of new accounts in the Benelux region
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead cultivation, prospecting, and targeted follow-ups
- Meet and exceed activity standards for client engagement, including calls, emails and presentations
- Building the company brand and reputation of the firm. In cooperation with the Marketing team and in line with the Benelux business plan, under leadership of the director of Benelux & French Speaking Regions
- Contribute to regional sales strategy and pipeline development
Event Participation:
- Represent the firm at internal and external client events to build relationships and showcase our offerings
- Actively participate in team meetings; bring in your best ideas, initiate roadshows, join industry events and be the subject matter expert.
Industry Knowledge:
- Develop expertise in product offerings, industry trends, competitor analysis and the European investment landscape
- Good knowledge of the Benelux ecosystem is a plus
CRM and Collaboration:
- Use all relevant Global X resources and systems like the CRM (Salesforce) system

Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum two years within the financial markets, preferably in ETFs, ETPs, or broader investment products
- Proven ability to manage existing relationships with clients and partners
- Excellent analytical, communication and client facing skills
- Enthusiastic team player and self-starter with excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent Dutch and English required. French speaker would be a plus.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of finance, economics, and the European asset management landscape (BA/BS in finance or economics preferred)
- Willingness to travel as required
- Able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, teams, and clients
