How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Context:

    Attached to our Paris headquarters and working within our communication and marketing team, under the supervision of the Communication and Marketing Manager, we are recruiting a Marketing and Communication Officer intern.


    Mission:

    • Actively contribute to the rebranding of AEGIS as part of its integration into the IKOS Group, in direct collaboration with the Corporate Communication & Marketing Manager
    • Create and manage communication materials for IKOS' UK subsidiaries
    • Contribute to the development and animation of AEGIS’ online presence
    • Assist in coordinating local events
    • Manage relationships with external providers for the design and production of communication materials
    • Conduct competitive monitoring and regular benchmarking to support and optimise the communication strategy.


    Profile :

    • You are currently enrolled in a postgraduate programme, a 4-year degree or Master’s degree at a university or business school, and looking for a 6 month internship.
    • You have a first experience in a marketing or communication role, ideally within the rail, technical energy, industrial or logistics sectors.
    • You speak English (native speaker), French is a plus.
    • You are proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • You are responsive, you take initiative, you have strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.


    6 months internship located in London, starting ASAP.
