The team provides strategic and commercial advice on building contracts, professional appointments, warranties, and related security documentation for a wide range of clients, including developers, funds, and institutions.

- Newly qualified solicitor with relevant construction experience from training
- Strong technical skills in reviewing and drafting construction documents
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and demonstrate attention to detail
