Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a London-based Principal and their household. This is a hands-on role involving day-to-day personal assistance, lifestyle coordination, travel support, and general household logistics.
The ideal candidate is practical, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities. Candidates with driving experience are highly valued, though exceptional applicants without driving experience will also be considered
Key Responsibilities
Personal & Lifestyle Support
- Manage daily errands, including shopping, appointments, parcel management, and other personal tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, bookings, airport transfers, and related logistics
- Provide day-to-day support to the Principal, ensuring schedules and personal matters run smoothly
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
Household & Operational Coordination
- Liaise with service providers, suppliers, and household staff when needed
- Support household logistics and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Driving Support (Preferred)
- Provide driving support for the Principal when required
- Assist with airport transfers and local transportation arrangements
- Candidates with a valid UK driving licence and confidence driving in London are strongly preferred
Requirement
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently, anticipate needs, and take ownership of tasks
- Flexible, practical, and willing to assist with a variety of responsibilities
- High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK or be eligible to work in the UK
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, Household Assistant, Concierge, or similar roles
- Valid UK driving licence and driving experience
- Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, or international families.
