We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner / Facilities Operative to join a successful manufacturing organisation based in Staverton.

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
39 hours per week
The Role
Cleaning & Hygiene Responsibilities
Carrying out daily cleaning of offices, washrooms, communal areas and welfare facilities
Ensuring hygiene areas remain clean, sanitised and fully stocked
Managing waste and recycling disposal across the site
Operating cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Maintaining organised and compliant cleaning storage areas
Facilities Support
Assisting with basic painting and minor maintenance tasks
Supporting external site upkeep, including light gardening and general presentation
Assisting with workplace audits and compliance checks
Supporting site-wide 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
Undertaking fire alarm testing and keyholding responsibilities following successful probation
Providing occasional support outside normal working hours when required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A full, clean UK driving licence
Excellent attention to detail
A reliable and proactive approach to work
Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
The ability to obtain NSVS/BPSS security clearance
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
