Job Title: Trainee Receptionist

Our client, a reputable city law firm, is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Receptionist to join their welcoming office team. Our client is entirely focused on finding someone with a positive attitude, high motivation, and a genuine eagerness to learn, as they will provide you with full training from day one.
As the first point of contact for the business, you will become the friendly face and voice of the company. On a daily basis, you will greet visitors with a warm welcome, manage incoming telephone calls, and direct enquiries to the correct team. Alongside managing the front desk and keeping the reception area presentable, you will handle incoming and outgoing mail and support the wider office with basic administrative tasks.
To thrive in this role, you just need a bright, approachable manner and a reliable, professional approach to work. Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner are essential.
