About the Opportunity
A growing technology company is looking to add a Quality & Delivery Specialist to its expanding team. This position will suit someone who enjoys bringing structure, consistency, and accountability to software delivery processes while working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You'll Be Working On
- Supporting the development and maintenance of quality-focused delivery practices
- Working alongside Product and Engineering teams to identify potential risks before they impact delivery
- Reviewing requirements and business processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment
- Assisting with release readiness activities and governance reviews
- Maintaining records and documentation that support operational standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience in software, technology, engineering, scientific, or regulated environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent written communication and documentation capabilities
- A methodical and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
- Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders across different business functions
- Experience operating within structured processes, governance frameworks, or quality-focused environments
