How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    💼 Finance Business Partner - Arts

    📍 Location: Central London (Hybrid)

    💰 Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum

    📄 Contract: Permanent

    🕒 Hours: Full-time


    An established, nationally recognised cultural organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support a broad portfolio including audience engagement, marketing, visitor experience, learning, partnerships and research functions.


    This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to play a key role in financial planning, reporting and decision-making across a diverse and high-profile organisation.


    Working within the finance team and partnering closely with operational leaders, you will provide insightful financial support to budget holders and senior stakeholders, helping drive effective planning and decision-making.


    Key responsibilities include:

    • Producing and analysing monthly management reports
    • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
    • Delivering variance analysis and meaningful financial commentary
    • Processing accruals, prepayments and month-end adjustments
    • Building strong relationships with budget holders to challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities
    • Supporting business cases, option appraisals and ad hoc financial analysis
    • Providing financial insight to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
    • Monitoring performance indicators and benchmarking information


    About You

    You will be a qualified accountant with strong management accounting experience and a track record of supporting budgets in a complex environment.

    You will also bring:

    • Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
    • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
    • The ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Confidence influencing and challenging constructively
    • Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
    • A collaborative and adaptable working style
