Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Coordinator at our Wolverhampton location, with some opportunity for hybrid working. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, facilitating communication between customers and internal teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure exceptional client experience
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in Order Processing and maintaining accurate sales records
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering sectors is an advantage
