About the job:
This is a role within the Castrol organisation and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.
We’re looking for a Learning Delivery Advisor to join our Talent, Learning & Skills team, supporting the delivery of impactful learning solutions with a particular focus on safety and compliance.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of learning, data, and business performance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our learning programmes not only meet regulatory and safety requirements but also genuinely support our people to grow, perform, and succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the delivery of learning programmes, with a focus on safety and compliance
Analysing learning and performance data to identify trends and inform decision-making
Monitoring programme effectiveness and providing insights to improve outcomes
Working with stakeholders to understand capability gaps and learning needs
Helping to shape and continuously improve learning processes and frameworks
Promoting learning opportunities and encouraging engagement across the organisation
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions
Contributing to cross-functional projects and supporting wider team objectives
Experience in learning & development, data analytics, or a related field
Confidence working with data to generate insights and support decision-making
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to different audience
Good organisational and project management skills
A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective relationships
An interest in continuous improvement and enhancing learning experiences
Familiarity with learning technologies or digital tools (beneficial but not essential)
