RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the morning STA briefing, setting priorities and allocating daily duties.
• Ensure the team follows site safety procedures and escalates hazards/near misses appropriately.
• Supervise waste management, deliveries, and material movement within the building to maintain a clean, efficient work environment.
• Attend daily coordination meetings and support SimOps planning across the site.
• Maintain accurate daily paperwork, ensuring all records are completed, signed, and filed correctly.
• Brief the workforce clearly so everyone understands tasks, responsibilities, and site expectations.
• Monitor timekeeping and ensure break times are adhered to in line with site policy.
• Promote and enforce wider WJ compliance across all site team activities.
NEEDED
• CSCS Card
• SSSTS
• Previous experience supervising logistics, materials handling, waste management, or site operations.
• Right to work in the UK
• PPE
• Ability to commute to Royston
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to run briefings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Good admin skills and attention to detail for daily paperwork and compliance records.
• Strong working knowledge of site safety procedures and the confidence to challenge unsafe behaviour.
• Organised, calm under pressure, and able to plan labour and priorities across a busy site.

• Saturdays (Time and a half)
• Sundays (Double time)
