Pay Rate
* £15.00 per hour PAYE
* £16.81 per hour including holiday pay
Hours
* 8.5-hour shifts
* Monday to Friday
* Overtime may be available depending on workload

Temporary to Permanent
The Role
As a Window Fabricator, you will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of high-quality aluminium and uPVC windows and doors. Working within a busy production environment, you will ensure all products are fabricated accurately and efficiently to company specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricating aluminium and uPVC window and door frames
* Operating fabrication machinery and hand tools safely
* Reading and interpreting production drawings and specifications
* Measuring, cutting, assembling, and glazing products
* Fitting hardware including hinges, handles, locks, and other components
* Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Working effectively as part of a production team to meet deadlines
Requirements
* Previous experience in aluminium and/or uPVC window fabrication is essential
* Good understanding of window and door manufacturing processes
* Ability to use hand and power tools confidently
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team
* Valid photo ID
* Ability to provide two work-related references
* Appropriate PPE
