Recruitment Resourcer - North London - Excellent Growth Opportunity

Independent recruitment agency for niche temporary Construction and Engineering operatives is seeking an experienced (all sector considered) Resourcer to join a busy team delivering blue-collar operatives to passive fire prevention projects all around the UK

Recruitment Resourcer Key duties will include:

* Resourcing of temp Blue-Collar T&L workers.

* Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts.

* Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, and referrals.

* Checking workers have the correct certificates (CSCS/PPE).

* Creating a shortlist of candidates for requirements.

We are an established recruitment agency with a warm enviroment in North London. The team has a natural passion and energy for all they are involved in and are looking for this person to complement the team.

We’re looking for bright and enthusiastic individuals who have great telephone-based customer service skills and would relish the opportunity in working in a fast-paced resource role.

Salary to £25,000 + Excellent Commission + Career Progressions to Consultant!
