This organisation is going through a period of organisational change and we are seeking a HR Manager who is at least CIPD Level 5 Qualified to lead a number of HR Services including payroll, learning and development and HR admin functions.
Your key role will include:
Direct line management of a HRIS / Payroll Manager, Learning and Development Manager and HR Office who leads the HR Admin function
Continuous Improvement across your services
HR Governance
Work closely with the Employee Relations Manager and offer support on complex cases
Provide expert advice and guidance to your team
Support with restructures and an HR corporate programmes
The ideal candidate will be at least CIPD Level 5 Qualified with extensive experience in a senior HR role managing complex cases. You will have strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills as well as experience working with Trade Unions. You will also have experience across L&D, organisational change (TUPE, employment law, etc) as well as the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
This role will be 3 days from home and 2 days in the office which is in Ipswich.
Salary: £53,460 plus fantastic public sector benefits
